Family Medicine Board Review

Hey there - just looking at the different Family Medicine Board Review resources out there - I am specifically looking at audio or DVD reviews. Are there any that come highly recommended? Is the AAFP Family Medicine Board Review self-study course worth the $$?

I haven't used them, sorry. I do have to recert this year, so maybe I should check 'em out.
