For someone interested in urban underserved care, what are some pros and cons of doing FM residency at UCSF vs Harbor-UCLA. Both places offer great training, so I'm having a hard time with these two. Some things I've considered: San Francisco living expenses, both are unopposed programs but Harbor shares hospital with several other residencies ( in other hand Zuckerberg Hospital is home base to FM residents), San Francisco may have a lower census of pediatrics and OB patients.
Any other things to consider with respect to these programs?
