Job description:
Medical Center with multiple facilities throughout the region looking for a Family Practice Physician. Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, Florida licensed, and hold a current Florida Medicaid number.
Requirements:
1. Licensed Physician, MD or DO.
2. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice.
3. Florida Medical License.
4. Must have a Florida Medicaid number and a DEA number.
