Hey guys! FAMU is my number one choice, Primarily because of their solid curriculum and their exeptionally reasonable tuition cost. Not to mention the legacy of great pharmacist they continue to develp. I'm a florida boy and would like to stay in state. I'll post my stats below. Anyone who has been through their application process please feel free to chime in.

GPA 3.15 ( Several Withdrawals on transscript due to medical illness)
Science GPA 3.6
prereq's almost a 3.8
Excellent personal statement
Average recommendations
one summer enrichment program / internship ( Columbia University)
Over 1000 hours volunteer work ( medical settings)
Certified Pharmacy Tech 3 months experience
No pcat may not take it due to heavy class load this upcoming semester.

Make sure to take PCAT as soon as you can. There are many schools not accepting January PCAT score..so your only chance for this year would be September if you want to apply for Class of 2018.

I don't think FAMU requires a PCAT. Only a GRE if that.
