So how come this year applicants have no way to contact FAP AADSAS other than through email? I wanted to confirm whether they received my documents or not. Sent them an email couple weeks ago, no response. Sent them another email today. Hopefully, they respond.

I called the customer service line a few weeks ago to ask a question. Try this number (617) 612-2045

I am waiting as well... I submitted mine on Tues May 21

I have no idea. Without them replying to my emails nor having a phone number to even reach them, I literally don't see any way we can confirm whether they received our applications or not. It is VERY frustrating....

I see. They got back to you so quick! I thought it was first come, first serve? This whole FAP thing is confusing and irritating. I'm probably going to wait until Fri and then just submit it. It's not even a guarantee I will receive the aid in the first place right?

I sent mines out on the 20th and tracking shows delivered on the 22nd. I haven't heard back yet

What does it mean when "all 3 designations will have to be done at the same time" ??

when submitting, it doesn't allow you to select more than one so how can this be done?

choose at least 3 schools to submit
I covers your first initial and 2 additional schools
if you submit for fewer than 3, it will only cover those schools

I heard the most common reasonsI heard is that people don't send the right stuff; a letter of explanation should explain every document that's not included even if it could be assumed e.g. no W-2 for the applicant because student didn't work.

How do they even know why they were denied? they aren't even responding back to emails or can't talk to someone over the phone who has any idea what FAP is

Very frustrating, I just want a decision already LOL. Hopefully I have luck when I contact them
