FAP timeline and advice

I applied online and sent my documents on 6/11/2015 and on ADEA AADSAS it says "under review"

Has anyone applied and heard back with a decision? I finished everything else even my DAT but still waiting on this and the days are passing by. I really do need the assistance but I'm willing to get a loan and pay for the app just to make sure I apply early instead of wasting the days waiting for FAP. What do you guys think?

I submitted my application on 6/03/15 and it was approved 6/09/15 .
