training length for emt-b, emt-i, emt-p with prereqs for each and skills performed at each level. also avg salary at each level and if you want extra brownie points a list of schools that teach each so we can stop answering the" where can I take an emt class near washington, dc " questions every week.also include in this degree programs in ems at the as, bs, and ms level.

I might include alternative career paths for EMT/medic trained folks, such as SAR, SWAT, wilderness, oil platforms, etc.
Some mention of military medic requirements might also be interesting, i.e., what does it take to be a corpsman, medic, etc. in various branches and how their scope of practice differs from the street medic.
Also, it might be good to have an explanation of the different alphabet soup courses and links to their websites: ACLS, ACLS-EP, PALS, APLS, AMLS, NALS, BTLS, ATLS, etc. Wouldn't hurt also to have a link to www.acls.net.

It would be helpful to have links (probably to other FAQ posts on the SDN) to sites with a description of the process of applying to medical school, i.e., prereqs, etc. I get asked this a lot by medics thinking about stepping up.
Links to the NREMT, NAEMT, and other organizations would be interesting.
Continuing education, and the different forms it may take (classroom, magazines, videos). This should have links to JEMS and EMS Mag as well.
