what is the fastest time frame you've received an interview after being complete at a school? what type of turnaround should i expect as my letter was just interfolio'd yesterday. so far - i am complete at pritzker.

Congrats on the Upitt interview. You're not using the committee at Cornell?

Pritzker was my fastest- completed 2 days after submitting, and then received an interview invite a week after.

hi fellow bigRed -- altho i suspect i'm a fossil compared to you.

i did use cornell, and my LOE were sent out yesterday.

The fastest for me had to be Hopkins. Invited one day after completion, crazyyy.

Mayo was definitely my fastest... I submitted the secondary on 9/3, got an email asking about LORs 9/4, got the interview invite late on 9/6

pitt was by far one of the fastest. Invited a day after secondary submitted (auto-invited I think).

stony brook was fast as well. I got an invite the day I was complete (also was the same day they recieved my secondary).

Case was my fastest. LoR upload to VirtualEvals by my committe on 8/9, Complete on 8/9, interview invite on 8/10.

Case for me as well. Submitted 21, Complete 22, Invite 24th.

4 days at UCSF between being complete and having an interview.
2 months at UMichigan between being complete and having an interview (shortest and longest, so far)

The turnaround time is going to be drastically different now compared to 2 months ago.

i have a strong suspicion that pritzker does not read any of the essays before inviting for interview. ive heard that right now they are very concerned with upping their average MCAT and GPA, because alumni are complaining that UChicago is slipping in the ranks. so if you got above a 34/3.6 i would expect an interview, anything below, very unlikely.

Highly unlikely. On the contrary, I think Pritzker is looking VERY carefully at the essays to decide who should get an interview invite.

I received an interview offer from USC within 24 hours of submitting my secondary. I still hadn't even mailed them my check. It really got my hopes up. Then, didn't hear anything from other schools for about a month.
