What are your opinions on water soluble vitamins that are formulated to be fat soluble or vice versa?

How do they make Vitamins A, D, E, & K water soluble? That's a neat trick.

Water soluble vitamins that are fat soluble... hmmm..what for?

I don't believe it's necessary... can you eat a meal that's "water" free that all vitamins have to be fat soluble?

Sounds like a gimmick.. what clinical significance does it provide?
