What are your favorite things to spend your CME on?
Have you had good experiences with certain live or non-live CMEs?

I'll start:

I enjoy the MER (dot) org live conferences. Solid locations, and lectures are only 1/2 day.

Primary Care RAP (audio CME) is pretty good too without boring you to death.

Anyone try out the Audio Digest Clinical Compendia?

I have exclusively used audio digest for CME for several years now. My family is young so any away conferences are not something I'm considering at this point. For local conferences I have participated in, the quality and knowledge I gain from audio digest is ALWAYS superior, there is a larger library to chose from, and it is largely more pertinent to my practice.
I had a friend who did the prescriber's letter and it seemed like one of the most cost effective ways of meeting all CME needs to maintain board certification from a one stop shop. I like being able to double task and get CME on my driving commutes so am willing to pay a bit more for audio digest.
