When you have some time to spend away from the books, which, if any, of these medical shows do you like?

I like Grey's, but House is a close #2. Never watched Untold Stories though, heard it was good!

House and Greys are a tie for me!
 
I like Nip/Tuck. Less of the "medical" and more of the sex and drama 🙄

and nip/tuck comes in second (but a distant second after that stinker of a third season - hope troy/mcnamara redeems itself this september)
 
grey's anatomy = horrible why dont you just watch laguna beach on dvd since you must own it if you are watching awful grey's anatomy. HOUSE RULES!

Forget Scrubs, what about Doogie Howser, M.D.?
 
I also love GH. How many medical shows have the mob, princes and horrible police men all combined. Plus been on for what 25 years??

My other is actually med students on health care and life network in Canada. Its a reality show that has medical students from the MacMaster University in Ontario who are in 4 th year and who are residents.
 
i'm outraged you forgot scrubs but included grey's anatomy. i only chose house because it's my second favorite after scrubs. grey's is the worst one out there.
 
Deep Space Nine and Voyager. While they weren't medical shows, they had a lot of episodes that revolved around the Dr. Bashir and the holographic doctor.
 
i vote for Nip/Tuck because it has Julian McMahon. I preferred him as a demon on Charmed because he was more likable. But I'll what I can get. I am now going to go switch to my Julian McMahon avatar. Mmmm...
 
Nip/Tuck is NOT a medical show, rather a soap opera about Doctors.

LOL! I thought she was crazy, "I have bugs, in my head". I immedeatly thought she was a mental case. There are some crazy stories on that show, and the best part is, those are re-inactments of actual cases!

I dont watch any.............. but I'm sure all are soap operas if they put real life medicine on TV no one would watch

Was that the show that also had an episode with a guy who had a bug in his ear, and the (male) doctor assigned to his case had a huge bug phobia and screamed like a little girl (because of course the bug escaped into the doc's coat/scrubs)? 👍

Has anyone caught the show Saved? (New summer series on TNT.) Revolves around a few paramedic teams and an ER doc...
 
I can't wait for fall TV to start up again, Grey's, House and ER ended hanging (as all TV shows do.....)

Mine would be Scrubs and the new "Medical Mysteries" on ABC.

Lol, that was a different one. The one I was referring to had a Brittish couple (at an American hospital), and the female had worm-like bugs in her scalp. There were holes on her head that they would semi-frequently poke through.
 
I've got to go with House. I am a big ER fan, but I don't watch it on tv, I am buying the old seasons as they come out. I think ER in the first few seasons was my favorite, but it has gone down hill since then.

i got the old ER seasons for Christmas...I'm all about watching them this coming semester 🙂
 
It's fun to annoy laypersons by discussing the differential diagnosis while watching House M.D..

I never watched medical shows until Grey's came on. It filled the hole in my heart left by Sex and the City.
 
House definately. Although early ER (seasons 1-5, especially 1,2,3) is a favorite as well.
 
just like everyone said: no scrubs? BOOURNS.
