Fccpt type 1 application help

Hi....
I'm a foreign trained PT & I'm in a process to apply for fccpt type 1 ..& i need to mention state names where I intend to get the licensure...i have been suggested with ALABAMA,NEW JERSEY,WASHINGTON & ILLINOIS by the agency.I want to mention two state names wherein the availability of jobs is good & visa procedure is a little lenient...
any help would be appreciated.
