Fear of getting Bad Grades, not getting into Medical School!!

So im currently a senior and will be applying this june hopefully after finishing my pre-reqs and MCAT, but this fear of not getting in from the first time keeps lingering around in my head...

I know this might seem worrying too much, but I don't want to end up having 2 gap years which really kills me...

Any ideas on how I can pull off the best grades I can and stop worrying about this since its starting to get to me? I started off quite bad as a freshman but started doing really well in the second semester of my sophomore year.. thanks

I mean, it's kind of late to make a huge boost in one year, so don't sweat it that much...
