unusual cause the latest ive heard is like around 1:30ish, but we’ll just wait it out
 
I always heard the Friday after exam date.
 
Has it ever taken this long before?
 
Guessing if it isnt out by 5 we will be waiting till next week. The wait is killer.
 
February 2025 and July 2025 didn’t take this long. Can’t say before then.
 
They have a policy that it’s released within 1 week of the exam.
 
Apparently the alternative date was Thursday instead of Monday this year so that may possibly lead to the delay

If it’s past 5 ET now then does that mean it might not come out until Monday at this point?
 
Pretty weird, breaks a trend we've seen for years. It's been released 6 days post exam for a while. Maybe someone important had a sick day or something. My guess is Monday
 
I mean there's not much we can do but this is just crazy. I feel like its so unfair considering knowing my score is literally what dictates registration for July and also wether or not I need to keep studying. Crazy for them to fist us with a BS exam like that and then also delay releasing scores. Also seems pretty stupid that theres going to be people who tested thursday who probably got some insights from people who took the test Saturday. Just feeling very frustrated overall with this exam.
 
If it's any consolation, I don't think the exam on Thursday was the same as the exam on Saturday. I didn't see any of the questions people mentioned in this thread on the alternative date.

I feel like it was better than the exam in July, but I still didn't feel great when I left. There were a lot of questions about proto-oncogenes/ tumor suppressor genes and the ethics questions weren't that straightforward.

I have friends in med school who took the CBSE this past Friday and they had the exact same questions we did

i know brutal and they already got their scores back
 
Guys I have friends in med school who are taking the exam right now and are getting their scores back as they submit each section. Exact same test we had too😢
 
I just called nbme and they were able to find my score and told me over the phone but I had to give them 2 forms of verification (social security number) wish you guys the best of luck

I got different info when I called. They said they've released the scores to AAOMS who then needs to review/approve the exams for NBME to actually send us our scores. I didn't even know that was a thing, but for whatever reason I guess this time around it's taking longer. NBME didn't tell me my score over the phone btw
 
I just spoke to someone at AAOMS and all she said was that they would be out by this Friday. I asked if they would come out earlier and she said maybe but definitely by Friday afternoon. She said the delay was just due to the alternative test date. She said they’re waiting because they release all the test scores at the same time. So not much help but it’s the best I could get out of her.

How??? Are they taking it at their school? Will it affect our curve/epc. Assuming it’s not at prometric

I spoke with both the NBME and AAOMS, and they confirmed that scores can’t be released over the phone. They said the scores should be released sometime this week, hopefully.

Hmm interesting... I literally did not see a single question that anyone else mentioned in this thread when I tested on Thursday
 
This release better happen before Friday smh
 
maybe wednesday since previous years it has been 3-4 days after last testing day
