What is the dod sp86 tier 3 and 4 process like and how do the two differ? in regards to employment history and supervisor requirements, how do the two verify employment (written, phone)? How are supervisors and under what conditions called (those listed as opposed to the references listed by the applicant)?
For those that do not have supervisors available, what is acceptable to put in the prompt, HR personnel or coworkers? How are jobs identified by the investigators if one does not list it on the form, as some jobs were short and now distant in time?
