Fee Assistance Program-No Parent's W-2

I'm trying to apply for the fee assistance program which requires my parent's W-2. My only parent lives with his mom taking care of her while they both live off of her social security. Therefore I have no W-2 to submit, and only my own tax info. Has anyone had this problem or has a solution? Thanks!

Do you live with your relative? Does he provide you with any form of monetary assistance?
