I am not quite sure but it seems like there should be one. Go to their website or give an email about that question

From AACOMAS's website

How do I apply for a fee waiver?
A: A limited number of fee waivers are available to those who qualify. If you receive a fee waiver, you will be able to apply to up to three osteopathic medical colleges free of charge. As a rough guide, you may wish to apply for a fee waiver if your annual income level is within the U.S. Bureau of Census' low income threshold for your family's size. You must wait to submit your application until you have received a determination on your fee waiver request. Specific instructions for applying for a fee waiver can be found in the AACOMAS application general instructions.

Moving to the pre-osteo forum

It seems that if you qualified for the AAMC fee waiver (requiring parental information right?) then you would surely qualify for the AACOMAS one if funds are available.

I got both, for sure if you got FAP then you will get AACOMAS fee waiver... just send them your SAR from FASFA a.s.a.p. they go pretty fast.
