Is anyone else applying to this?

I send them an email asking a few questions and it takes a full 24 hours regardless of whether I send the email the night before or at 8am in the morning. I send a reply and again, it takes a good 24 hours...even if my follow-up question was sent 10 minutes after they sent their email.

Thus far, I spoke with them three times and I still haven't got all my questions answered.....and yet they make it very clear that if your package is not PERFECT, they will immediately disqualify you.

Anyone else having similar issues? I wish they just had a phone number we could call.
 
I had to deal with them last year, it was a joke to say the least. I only sent 2 emails and they kept screwing up the mailing address and they got downright disrespectful to me on my second email. It's not an efficient system.
