So pro fees for all essentially cut (except for stim... thank god for device lobby).

Hopd and Asc reimbursement went up as did office visits.

Who wants to open some ASCs with me?

Oh also clinic reimbursement went up according to asipp fee schedule.

So basically to be a baller own an Asc, have some midlevels run a pills/shots mill

They dropped wrvu value from $36.xx to $32.xx.

I think hospital employed won’t change much since they want the facility fees. It mainly affects the private folks.
