Fee waiver forms for Secondaries?

I have been granted a fee waiver by AMCAS.

Now, based on what documentation would schools wave the fees for secondaries?

Do I need to print and send the letter to schools or do schools know it automatically and do not even request a proof?

Depending on the schools, some will know from AAMCAS and waive it automatically, while others require you to email or mail the page from FAP login site.

yeah...some schools require you to forward the e-mail you received from the AAMC...now that I think about it, I think I still have it =)
