Has anyone gotten fee waivers for supplementals after getting denied for FAP?
I called USC and they told me that I can expect to wait 4-5 months before I hear back about a fee waiver and that it is possible to receive an interview before paying secondary fees.
Is this usually the case? I thought applications aren't reviewed until everything is in and paid for.
