Feedback on disadvantaged statement

Anyone willing to take a look at my disadvantaged statement? its the last thing I'm debating on whether I should include before hitting submit. I'm not sure its something I should bring up really (fear of sounding like I'm making excuses) but I think a read with some feedback will def help out. Appreciate it in advance.
