I don't have an MDApps (so I couldn't comment there) but your ECs are great, gpa looks good, do well on MCAT (27+), and I think that your school choices will be good!!

Medical Mission to the Yucatan in Mexico during Spring Break. Played doctor for a week. Good exposure.
Shadowed Neurologist, Physiatrist, Psychiatrist, Radiologist, & Family Doctor (DO)

Not so sure that Played doctor for a week is the best wording. It could bring to mind some extracurricular's. Also it could bring some ethical issues to mind. Perhaps reword it or just leave played doctor out.

I'll throw in advice to start and send in your applications early.

You need to do good on the MCAT, I got in with a 23 but that isn't always the case. Just make sure you get a better score then I did and you will have no problem getting in to medical school. Good Luck!!
