I just interviewed at NOVA on thursday. I was impressed. The school is not "prestigious" because it's so young (ten year old), but you can tell that they're a serious school, and I had a good impression and I will be seriously considering it.

Pros - everything is very new; ft. lauderdale has very nice weather; the students appeared to be happy (students from years 1 through 4)

Cons - I'm personally not into suburbia, so that's where I would have to compromise. But at least it's not that far from Miami.

The interview itself was very pleasant and laid-back.

I stayed at the Ramada Airport/Cruiseport. It worked fine for me. Apparently there's a Holiday inn hotel that has a courtesy shuttle to and from both the hotel and the school, so that's nice.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to be interviewing there in about a week and a half, so I'm getting kind of nervous. I think i'm actually staying at the holiday in with the shuttle service, so i'll let everyone know how that goes.

I bet it's going to be SO HOT there and i have a pants business suit. Hopefully I won't burn alive.

I'm really excited to finally start seeing some schools!
