You have a good list and should receive several interviews. You could add NYU (free tuition), U Chicago, Washington University (in St. Louis), Columbia.

I definitely am more connected with my Indian side, but mostly because Trinidadian culture is soooo similar to Indian. Like we eat all the same foods and a lot of people there even have the same religion (Hinduism). In my PS though, I only explicitly discuss traveling to India to visit my mom's side of the family (my dad is trini).
