Hi everyone!

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this RC strategy. it seems to be working good (been getting ~20 on BC/ DATGenius):

-Read First half carefully
-answer as many as possible
-when you hit a question you havent covered, S&D it (i think by using S&D here, you will end up reading the second half by the end)
***Plus I can get some tone/inference questions this way**

Suggestions? My exam is in 11 days and I wanted to use something different than just pure S&D just in case (Plus im a slow reader)

Thanks in advance!!

What I am doing that I like a lot, for BC, I hit a 20 on the 4th test and an 18 on the 5th. I just write down as many buzz words from each paragraph within a 4-5minutes span and then SandD.

If something stands out to me, ill make sure to mark that paragraph and so that leaves me with 15minutes to get my answers.

One reason I hate reading, is bc I am slow at it. And what if they ask questions primarily from the second half of the passage, then you the first half isn't as helpful.

Well I think reading the first half would give you a general sense of what the passage is about, and I think you're more than likely to find the first few answers from the first half. Plus you can get a sense of the tone of the author as well. I think it's working, but ill have to practice it more.

Haha sounds like my approach.

It worked for me as you know. Do whatever is best for you so far.

Not a bad plan here. This is similar to what I did on the DAT, but I tried to include main ideas and buzzwords. Then when you need to search for an answer you can review your list and focus on the paragraphs where the answer seems likely to be found, much easier than skimming all the paragraphs.
