Fellow Canadians...GPA question

I've been getting mixed answers about converting a canadian letter grade or percentage to a GPA based on the 4 point scale. I have a conversion chart and was wondering if any Canadians could tell me if this is accurate? My school falls under the 7 category...thanks in advance.

There should be a conversion chart on the back of your official transcript. AADSAS wants the conversion chart specifically from your school - not just the OMSAS general conversion chart that you have linked to.

You can call your registrar's office to confirm that there is a conversion chart on the back on the official transcripts and also to either a) get them to read you the conversions or b) get them to tell you where you can find it online so that you can calculate your GPA like AADSAS will.
