fellows or fellowship program directors -- help!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to follow up on my previous thread to which there were few responses... perhaps because I was clear enough...

To any current/past fellows is there anything you wish you had known while you were applying for residency in regards to how your choice of residency program might eventually impact on your fellowship application?

To any current fellowship program directors (if any are out there) -- any advice to current residency applicants who are interested in eventual fellowship training?
