How much studying do most fellows do for their fellowship subspecialty board exams? Do many fellows do minimal studying for the subspecialty boards if they feel comfortable in their subject?

Not as much for AP, but I did a few hours a night for the 3 months or so prior to the exam.

Never had time to study....worked in the field nd that was just fine

Depends- my specialty sees some common things and some VERY uncommon things- so I studied the stuff I hadn't seen every day in fellowship and one year of working in the field.
