Can you change fellowship to other sub specialty after the match?

I would imagine yes, after somehow getting around the breach of contract from ones current fellowship and reapplying to the other subspecialty match in the following years. Or by taking copious amounts of drugs.

Can you change fellowship to other sub specialty after the match?

Yes. Just call up your program director and tell him which specialty you want instead.
