So in getting ready for fellowship applications im trying to update my CV, but not sure how exactly to alter it. In submitting it for residency, i left a lot of the pre-med school public service and leadership positions in there, but that stuff is so far removed now i dont know if it is at all relevant. And if i take that out, i dont exactly have much to add aside from a few research projects because my life has consisted of nothing but residency for the last 3 years. Any pointers or perhaps a template i should be following?

If you think it's relevant, you should list it. If you think it's just padding, leave it off.

That's what I was thinking. Just like you only list med school activities and experiences on residency apps.
