i have done my md in ob/gyn from india
and i am interested in fellowship in maternal and fetal medicine or
reproductive endocrinology
for that what r the requirements for getting in to this programme?
i have cleared my step 1 is it possible to get in to the programme without having ecfmg licence ?

You are rquired to have passed step 1,2,3 of USMLE and apply for license approval (to have this I think you must complete another OB/Gyn residency then subspecialize).

can i get into any observership programme for the same speciality?
