Hi everyone ,
am starting to go for interventional spine and sports medicine fellowship interviews, I have some consecutive ones back to back, any general advice? what to expect. good questions to ask/criteria to consider when comparing programs/ any red flags to be aware of/. thanks for any input.

Case load- you need a variety.
Med mgmt- you need exposure/experience for everything.
Psych- you need to learn to spot the borderline/somatiforms
OR call- are you a whipping boy or a Pain fellow.
Inpatient- PMR exposure to PCA, post-op pain stinks- get it while you can in case you want to play in the hospital when you get done.
