Just throwing this out there. Been kinda frustrating trying to find a job after finishing residency in 2010, can't decide where to go or what to do. So if anyone has a fellowship (preferably regional or pain) they want to offer me, let me know. Don't want to waste study time applying to a bunch of places and hoping... thanks
