Fellowship Questions... Please Help

I have a few questions in regards to cards fellowship...

first for all of you current fellows do you think it is a must to do research in order to get a spot in a fellowship or is it more normal to just go into a cards fellowship after your im residency????

second, do you have to do a year fellowship in interventional or is it included in most three year fellowships nowadays?

finally does anyone know how much an intervential card docs make in pay, and how much does one cardiac cath pay???

i can answer your second ?. if you want to do interventional, then you must do an extra year of fellowship.
