Hi everyone -- Are applications for fellowships or postdocs after residency more like normal applications or a job or graduate school position, or is there a "match" for these as well? I'm a little confused by some of the things I've read. Thanks for any help you can provide.

As far as I know, some of the fellowships have a match (check out the NRMP and SF Match websites for further details) while others don't. However, there is no ERAS so the applications have to be filled out and sent the old-fashioned way.
