Taking a look at Freida, one sees that the following fellowships are available for diagnostic radioogy:

Abdominal Radiology
Cardiothoracic Radiology
Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology
Musculoskeletal Radiology
Neuroradiology
Nuclear Radiology
Pediatric Radiology
Vascular and Interventional Radiology

But if one takes a look at the fellowships offered by various universities, one sees additional fellowships.

For example, Stanford University offers fellowships in Body Imaging and Breast Imaging.

What gives rise to the discrepancy between Freida and individual programs? Are the non-Freida fellowships so new that they aren't as yet accepted by the mainstream in radiology? Are non-Freida fellowships in Full Body Imaging and Breast Imaging sought after?

Freida is not a resource used by anyone in radiology - at least where I trained; as such, I would not rely on it as a definitive source for information.

In addition to the listed fellowships, others include trauma/emergency radiology, mammo, women's imaging, MRI, ultrasound, body imaging and cardiac imaging. Non-mainstream radiology does not exist for practical purposes.
