Good NIR fellowships?

What’s your list in 2023+? Are there workhorse vs. superspecialized type programs, or are most a mixture? Do any places more consistently use/trial the novel devices, or is there no pattern?

Look for a radiology run NIR fellowship. Unfortunately these are becoming few and far between. I imagine most are busy and most of the bigger academic centers will have exposure to the novel devices. It's a small field.
