Hi! I am currently a first-year pediatric dental resident at Children's Hospital of Michigan and am looking for a female resident/student to share a spacious 2BR 2 BA corner unit apartment on the 16th floor with covered parking in downtown Detroit at Lafayette Towers (http://www.lafayette-towers.com/).
The lease starts July 1st, 2017, and it is a 12-month lease. I've lived here for 7 months so far and I absolutely love it, I'm excited to share this great apartment with someone else who will love it as much as I do!
It's $800/month for the FURNISHED master bedroom with attached bathroom with covered parking + cost of utilities and internet. Master bedroom is about 17'x10'.
This is a 10-minute drive to DMC/Children's Hospital/Wayne State and 15-minute drive to UDM. The apartments are right off the freeway. Less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Detroit, 10 min to midtown and 20 minutes to Royal Oak.
Some of the features are the rooftop pool, lots of free guest parking, laundry in basement, 24-hour access gym, excellent security, great sunset views of downtown Detroit/river from the apartment, and half a block to Dequindre cut (running/biking path)!
