In the assumption that I get into both schools, I'm teetering between what school I want to go to and would like to get as much input as possible. I'm finishing up my BS in Biomedical Science AND my BA in Economics at Western Michigan Univ. I've compiled a list of pros and cons:

Ferris Pros:
👍 Offers a dual PharmD/MBA (which could be completed under 5 years)
This options is very attractive to me because I want the flexibility of a career shift and more job opportunities with the MBA.
👍 Possibility to move to Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo after 2nd year
👍 100% pass rate on Grad Exam despite slightly easier program than Wayne

Ferris Cons:
👎 Location in Big Rapids just seems really dull to live in and I don't have any friend or contacts in Big Rapids
👎 Small town that can't support many internship opportunities

Wayne Pros:
👍 City provides opportunities for extracurriculars including internships and Hospitals jobs available all over the city
👍 Again, the city would be a breakout experience for me because I'm always lived in smaller suburb areas.

Wayne Cons:
👎 Traffic and cost of living will far exceed Ferris in the end
👎 Doesn't offer a dual PharmD/MBA
👎 Rumor is a harder program than Ferris

Overall, I like Ferris' program and Wayne States location. I know I want to move OUT OF STATE after my PharmD and can't decide which program will help me enjoy my Grad school years while receiving the best opportunity.

Heroic-
Most of the points you make are valid; though, I've heard differently regarding the respective degree of difficulty regarding the two programs - I've heard that Ferris is somewhat harder. Regardless, if you'd succeed at one school, I'm sure you'd succeed at the other.
With that said, Big Rapids is a dull place and the options for jobs are limited, but that doesn't mean you can't work in Grand Rapids or the surrounding area. A lot of people do so. Likewise, you can always live in/close to GR and commute to Big Rapids.
Also, look at coming in with zero friends as a positive. Ferris has 150 seats for each class... that's 149 potential friends. I
As for the Pharm.D./MBA program, that's certainly a possible route to take, but keep in mind that you have to maintain a 3.0+ in both programs to stay eligible. And an MBA after a few years work experience is always an option. It's not like this would be your only shot, so keep that in mind as well.
Oh, and one last thing, the Ferris Kalamazoo campus is closed. Your P3 year is in Grand Rapids, and only Grand Rapids. The new building/campus is quite lovely, and is right next to MSU's on Michigan Ave.
One last random note, there are chances for extra-curriculars at Ferris. The big one is their diabetes clinic.
