Has anyone actually every prescribed this? Honestly, I forgot it even existed. Haven’t even had a rep drop by.

Curious to see if people actually have had good results. I don’t use very many branded drugs, mostly because I’m stuck doing all my own prior auths.

I saw someone try this for depression both times. Fail and fail. But I’m curious about what it does for pain. Tried to prescribe on my own once and did the PA. But it was still expensive, $100 a month. 🙁

Never seen it used or used it myself. One of our units "specializes" in treatment-resistant depression, and even there I've never seen it - and that unit does a fair bit of prescribing MAOIs and other "esoteric" meds. The newer serotonin modulators seem to be more popular.
