Yes you should fill it out, and you should have it sent to any school you may end up attending. It only takes a few minutes and there's no harm in doing it even if you don't get accepted, but if you don't do it and then you end up getting accepted late in the cycle it may be too late to get aid.

Just like the title says. I'm still interviewing, should I (can I) fill out a FAFSA now?

Schools that I'm applying to warn to do it before March although I'm not sure if I should since I haven't been accepted anywhere just yet.

You must not pay attention during financial aid portions of interview days.

Complete it and send it everywhere you want to attend.
