Filling out course work info (Transcript Code?)

What do I put for the transcript code? Like I took this course Math 150 Trigonometry at a community college and so do i type in "math 150"?
(by the way I tried this but the characters in that portion is limited so math 150 doesn't fit...what do i do?)

Juan,
I ran into the same problem. I just entered the first three letters of the course (MAT instead of MATH) and then the three digit number. As long as they can match up what you enter with your transcript, I think you'll be fine.
