Filling out experiences section

So im filling out the experiences section and I have gone on three international trips to assist my mentor in providing dental care. Should I put my job title as Dental Assistant or Shadower because I know dental schools are iffy about scope of practice in countries abroad.

I did help him though I handed him tools, sterilized tools and handed him gauze since we didnt have suction.

I did assist him but I dont want schools to think I did anything out of scope of practice but it was certainly more hands on then just shadowing at a dental office
