Could anyone give their opinion as to how these schools should be ranked? I'm wondering which school would be provide a good balance (i.e. opportunities, atmosphere-less stress, and student life)?

University of Connecticut School of Medicine
Albert Einstein School of Medicine
University of Pittsburgh

U pitt is probably the most prestigious, while AECOM is pass/fail making for a less stress environment.

u Pit is high on research in not so great city but highest rated it you don't like Pitt after 2 years . your 3 and 4 year you can work at any of 30 hospitals state wide or stay in Pitt

Conn has great middle of the road, very friendly, not has much clinical
