Final GPA - What score DAT do I need?

Hello everybody (I'm a noob to this forum please be nice)!

I'm worried about the DATs, I am in my second round of Kaplan (the first time didn't go too well) and I'm wondering what DAT score I'll need to get into any of the California schools with my GPA.

Graduated UC Irvine with (no use in lying cuz that wouldn't benefit me)

final overall GPA : 3.883 (magna cum laude)
Bio sci: 3.856
Phys sci: 3.761 (not sure how to calculate overall science... Do I just avg the two?)

What scores should I get on the DAT to be safe? I slaved during my undergrad to graduate in 3 years (hurried to save money) and I want to make sure my work doesnt get wasted. Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

PS if you're in the UCSD area and you need a study buddy, please let me know! Currently taking Kaplan there!

I think you should aim to get 20+ in every section. With a GPA like that you are smart enough to. I am very average intelligence and I got 20+ in every section. It takes the right study materials and lots of hard work.

With that GPA I think an overall AA of a 19 you're pretty safe to get in SOMEWHERE... To get into a solid school an AA of 20, and a good school an AA of at least a 21. That's just my opinion.
