All right, the official First Annual Mid-Atlantic Pre-Vet/Vet SDN'er Symposium* (or something like that) is coming up this Saturday, June 27th! We'd like to get a semi-final headcount. Of course, you are always welcome to change your mind and catch a plane from Oklahoma (*cough* twelvetigers *cough*) -- just shoot a PM to robeezy or myself so we can save a seat for you!

The festivities are scheduled to begin at 7 PM at Nacho Mama's in Baltimore. For those of us who have to stare at the menu for half an hour before deciding on an appetizer, feel free to get a head start with the blindingly cheerful website. There is also an address and restaurant phone number on the site.

THIS Saturday?? crapola. My flight is scheduled for 530pm on Sat (extended trip to spend the day with my Dad), but i had seriously considered staying until Sunday.

I'm at the Inner Harbor too! Driving in Sat AM and just staying 1 night...can't wait to meet ya'll.

Aw, that's a shame. It is so hard getting everyone together like that, especially when most of us have to drive several hours. Glad you guys had fun though!!

Oh! I feel like a real horses a**. But the Baltimore location was just too difficult to manage. Ive been staying at my parents in VaBeach, trying to sell my house and my car died and is still in the shop. Something with the electrical system... and now Im just hoping they can fix it before school starts. And honestly, so many ideas/things were kicked around I really didnt think you guys were doing the "guest of honor" thing. Im really sorry guys. 🙁😳

Robeezy and her friends were great company and the food was incredible. I had the crab and corn quesadilla. I don't eat crab very much because the Chesapeake is so over-harvested, but I figured this was one of those 2-3 special occasions per year.

This was my first time IN Baltimore as opposed to driving through, and I really liked the area around the restaurant. It was bustling with people and cute restaurants (and an Italian bakery with really good pignoli cookies), and just a short walk to the waterfront (NW Harbor).

I was bumed I had to miss, but I have been having some health problems and they were kind of prohibitive to me driving to B'more 🙁. And I really wanted a hubcap margarita!
