3.8+, 36S, two years of research in two labs (no pubs), some shadowing and clinical work (probably around 200-300 hours), other forms of volunteering, jobs.
Does this look like a good mixture of target, reach, and likely? I know it's fairly top heavy, but the higher "tier" schools are the ones that can offer me debt-reduction and good research opportunities.
