1. Should I consider OOS but potentially in-region schools like Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah?
2. Is it worth even bothering to try Hopkins, Harvard, WashU, Vandy, Yale, Columbia etc. with my stats?
3. What are the odds of not getting into any UC?

1. UA Phoenix, yes! Oregon, Utah, etc., probably not. You should look at MSAR for OOS rates before adding these.
2. You have a lot of reaches already... You should consider the schools that Faha mentioned before tacking these on
3. No one can answer this, unfortunately. FWIW, I know far more UC graduates/CA residents who ended up going OOS for med school than those who stayed in state 🤷‍♀️
