Been debating on how to do a final review of Pathology because if I get 7 more questions right on my next NBME (Wednesday) from Pathology I will have meet my end goal. I have been going back and forth between whether to do Pathoma or read Goljan Notes. I have no idea which one to do.

Have you done either (or both?) already? If not, I definitely suggest pathoma, as dr sattar rocks at making everything seem simple and straightforward In a way that will help you remember it. But if you've already gotten a really good base for path, I've head Goljan can really tie it together with everything else.

I have done both already and they both helped me bring my Pathology score up a lot. However the last time I did them together- Watch Pathoma chapter on Respiratory and then Listen to Goljan Respiratory lectures. It worked alot but now I'm confused about which one helped the most which sucks because only 7 more questions needed to meet my goal.

How much time do you have left before your test? If you've gone through Pathoma enough times and you've annotated it into your FA then it might be more efficient to just read the stuff you've written down.
